A recurring clean is designed to maintain a home that's already at baseline. It's efficient because it isn't fighting months of buildup every visit. A deep clean is what gets you to that baseline in the first place — baseboards, high dusting, degreasing, the things that accumulate slowly and don't come out in a routine visit.

Start with the deep clean and your recurring visits are shorter, cheaper and more thorough from then on. Skip it and your first few recurring cleans will feel like they're playing catch-up, because they are.

Our estimated times assume a home in average condition.

If a place needs extensive buildup removal or heavy detailing, it takes longer — and rather than rush it or spring a bigger invoice on you, we'll stop, talk to you, and give you options. Sometimes that means booking a second visit to finish properly.
