Biweekly is what most of our clients choose. It's the sweet spot between cost and staying genuinely on top of things.

Monthly works for smaller homes, couples, people who travel a lot, and anyone who does the light tidying themselves and wants the real cleaning handled.

THE SAME TEAM, EVERY VISIT

This is where being an employer instead of a contractor pool actually matters to you.

Your cleaners learn your home — which floors need what, where you keep things, the bits you care about and the bits you don't. You stop having to explain.

WHAT RECURRING CLEANING DOESN'T COVER

A recurring clean maintains a home that's already at baseline. It doesn't include high dusting, baseboards, wall spot cleaning or degreasing — those live in our deep clean, and most clients start there before going onto a schedule.

If it's been a while, book the deep clean first. Every recurring visit after it will be better for it.

Do I need to be home?

No, and most of our recurring clients aren't. Leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code and we'll keep your access instructions on file so you only tell us once.
