Penticton — downtown, Main Street and the lakefronts

Penticton is the rare town with a beach at each end, and it shows up in the houses. Sand and lake grit come in through back doors and mudrooms all summer, from Okanagan Lake to the north and Skaha to the south. We front-load entryways, floors and bathrooms on summer visits here.

Penticton — Uplands, Wiltse, Redlands and Sendero Canyon

Established family neighbourhoods and newer hillside developments. Larger homes, more stairs, more hard flooring. These usually want a longer initial deep clean to get to baseline, then a shorter recurring visit.

Summerland — Trout Creek, Prairie Valley, Garnett Valley and Lower Town

Orchard and vineyard country with a lot of heritage homes and hillside properties. Rural and semi-rural places here take on considerably more dust than town homes, especially through harvest and the dry stretch of late summer. Older heritage houses also need a gentler hand on original floors and fixtures, and we treat them that way.​

Small, spread out and heavily weighted toward cottages, wine-country properties and second homes. We batch appointments here onto set days so drive time doesn't land on your invoice.
