WHO WE CLEAN FOR

Downtown and waterfront Kelowna.

Kelowna opted out of BC's principal-residence requirement in June 2026, so investment short-term rentals are legal again in approved subzones — mostly the downtown core and along the water. A number of these buildings have multiple units, which means we're often already on site.

Principal-residence hosts.

Across the rest of our service area, hosts are generally renting out their own home or part of it. Same service, usually a different rhythm.

Seasonal and second homes.

Particularly through Lake Country, Peachland and the South Okanagan, where a large share of properties are part-time residences. If yours sits empty off-season, an opening and closing deep clean often makes more sense than a recurring schedule.
