NEIGHBORHOODS WE CLEAN IN KELOWNA

Downtown, the North End and Pandosy

Condos, townhomes and the older character houses off Bernard and Richter. These are usually smaller square footage and tighter schedules, and a lot of them are rentals or short-term rentals. We do a high volume of move out cleans through the downtown towers, which means we're often already in your building.

Lower Mission, Upper Mission and Kettle Valley

Larger family homes, more hard flooring and more square footage per visit. We'll typically quote a longer first deep clean to get everything to baseline, then settle into a shorter recurring visit from there. Homes with a lot of tile and hardwood need a different approach than carpet, and we bring the right equipment for both.

Glenmore and Dilworth

Established family neighbourhoods with a good mix of older and newer homes. Biweekly is by far the most common rhythm here.

Rutland, Belgo, Hollydell, Leathead and Black Mountain

Busy family households with kids and pets, and a lot of daily traffic through the entryway. In winter, road sand and grit tracked in from Highway 33 is the single biggest thing we deal with in this part of town. We pay extra attention to entries, stairs and high-traffic runs here.

Ellison, Quail Ridge, McKinley Landing and the University District

More rural properties, longer driveways and noticeably more dust — especially through the dry stretch from July to September. We also clean a number of student and staff rentals near UBCO, where move-in and move-out cleans cluster heavily around the end of April and the end of August.
