Most cleaning companies in this valley run on contractors or gig workers. It's cheaper to operate that way, and we understand why people do it. We chose not to.

When you hire a contractor, you're hiring someone who works for themselves, on their own terms, with their own standards, and their own insurance — or none. When there's a problem, the company in the middle can only pass the message along.

Our cleaners are employees. That means:

We're accountable for the work. Not the individual in your kitchen — us. If something isn't right, it's our problem to fix, and we fix it.

They're trained our way. Same checklist, same products, same standard, whichever of our team is in your home.

They're properly covered. Every cleaner is insured, covered under WorkSafeBC, and has passed an RCMP criminal record check before their first shift.

You never lose your slot. This is the one clients notice most. If your regular cleaner is sick or away, we send a trained replacement. A solo operator has to cancel on you. A contractor app sends whoever's free, which might be someone who's never seen your house.

It costs us more. Payroll, insurance, training, WorkSafeBC premiums, equipment. We price for it, and we'd rather explain why than cut the corner.
